Xmas Stout 2013

I'm going to be brewing this as part of this event:

Before there is beer, there is wort.

It's the Close Park Stout recipe, but I plan on spicing it for Xmas.

Recipe

Batch size: 5 gallons

Grain bill:

  • 7 lb Gambrinus ESB
  • 1 lb roast barley
  • 1 lb barley flakes
  • 1 lb Crystal

Hops:

  • 1 oz Zeus (16.7%) @ 60
  • 1 oz Willamette (4.7%) @ 20

Yeast: WLP 001 (Cal Ale)
